BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Prices are for the rental of the entire property, payable in EUROS or STERLING. (subject to the prevailing and agreed exchange rate at the time of the booking).

25% deposit payable at time of booking. Fully refundable if booking is cancelled no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. 

NON-REFUNDABLE if cancelled within less than 4 weeks of arrival. 
75 % full balance and refundable security/breakages deposit of €500 due due *8 weeks prior to arrival.
*All bookings where the start date is less than 8 weeks away, will require full payment on booking.
If these bookings are subsequently cancelled no later than 4 weeks before the start date, the entire rental fee paid and the security deposit will be refunded. If these bookings are cancelled 4 weeks or less before the start date, then the whole of the total paid will be retained except the security deposit which will be refunded.
Payment by PayPal, or bank transfer.  
Bookings commence from 16.00 hrs on your day of arrival to 10.00 hrs on your day of departure.
No smoking inside the property.
We regret to inform you that our apartments are not wheelchair accessible. However, visitors with reduced ability are very welcome in our mill! 
No pets.

COVID-19

If you are obliged to cancel your booking at short notice for legitimate Covid related travel restrictions, then normal cancellation terms will not apply, and you will receive a full refund of all monies paid.
